  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices of buttered brioche toast, for serving
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • Kosher salt

How to Prepare Cloud Eggs

Step 1 – Preheat the Oven

The oven has to be preheated to 350 degrees F. A baking sheet should be lined with parchment and then coated with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2 – Beat the Egg Whites

Four small bowls should be coated with nonstick cooking spray. After that, you should separate the eggs. The whites should be put into a medium bowl, and the yolks should be placed into small bowls (one yolk goes in one bowl). Next, you should add a large pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat with an electric mixer. The mixer should be on low speed. Beat until the stiff peaks form.
