God of War’s Official Cookbook Features 60 Game-Inspired Recipes
God of War: The Official Cookbook of the Nine Realms launches soon. Insight Editions has published an officially licensed recipe book inspired by the North realms of Alfheim, Midgard, Jötunheim, etc. It has a hardcover and is the first one of its kind to feature Atreus and his father, Kratos. Inside the book, fans can find recipes for dishes that were shown in the game, as well as others.
Recipes Fans Can Find in the Cookbook
Game fans can find recipes for sausage and beans, which Kratos and Atreus cooked together in God of War Ragnarok. They can find many other intriguing things inside, though. From exclusive illustrations by Iris Compiet to an introductory paragraph that explains where the meal fits in the game’s universe, it has all the characteristics of a must-have piece.
Recipes were compiled by Victoria Rosenthal and Rick Barba. Rosenthal is a prolific author who’s launched many game-inspired cookbooks. Barba is the author of God of War: Lore and Legends. All meals inside the book are inspired by the realms of Norse mythology. Another perk is that every recipe is explained in a step-by-step process, allowing fans with varying cooking skills to enjoy the game-inspired dishes.
